Meet Our CEO
Dr. Kelvin Driscoll is a Human Services Leader and Poverty Disrupter, whose love for public service began with a graduate internship in the office of then CA Assembly Speaker, Karen Bass. Following the completion of his graduate education, Dr. Driscoll held progressive leadership roles in Program Management and Division Operations for the Homeless Outreach Program Integrated Care System (HOPICS), a South Los Angeles not for profit organization providing behavioral health, homelessness, and ex-offender re-entry services.
